Outline of research

1. To clarify the curriculum of highly practiced nurses in the Pacific island countries, and to incorporate a glocal perspective into the curriculum of island nursing in Japan, aiming to develop an advanced program

2. Clarify the achievements of practical nurses related to island nursing in the Pacific island countries and in Japan, and lead to human resource development and securing of professionals in islands and remote areas with less manpower.

3. Aiming to contribute to the foundation of a new academic exchange that can be transmitted from island nations of Japan so as to contribute to the development of island nursing by clarifying the academic system of island nursing by integrating knowledge from inside and outside the country.
